The result of the integration of two very different yet complimentary primary health care and community service providers, the talented and compassionate attendant care team at Vibrant Healthcare Alliance provide flexible and innovative around-the-clock personal support services to individuals with physical disabilities living in the community. Based on the independent living philosophy and recognizing the inherent worth and dignity of all, the services at Vibrant Healthcare Alliance are tailored to the needs of the consumer while fostering autonomy and freedom of choice and lifestyle. In addition to operating three locations throughout Toronto, assistance is also offered through the Consumer Resource Centre and with the provision of some outreach services.
